STATEMENT OF
The purposes for which
the corporation is organized are:

To support personal and planetary wholeness by awakening to our essential
unity with all of Creation.

To remember ourselves as part of One Great Life and to
serve that Great Life.

To foster a collaborative, co-creative relationship
with spirit, the land and one another.

To provide practical skills for living in harmony with Nature. To model a
sustainable integrated lifestyle, deeply attuning to the wisdom inherent in
Nature.

To provide access to a sanctuary for individuals and
groups for:
attunement/communion
with nature
spiritual
centering, reverence, prayer and contemplation
personal
healing
emotional
balance

To provide infrastructure and support for individuals
and groups for:
healing (wholeness of body, prayer and contemplation)
personal
growth
nurturing
extended and ceremony
workshops
and celebration

To share information on healing modalities and
practical spirituality by practitioning, teaching, guidance and inspiration.

To foster spiritual family which embodies integrity,
cooperation, respect, gratitude, trust and love (using various resources such
as tools provided by the Global Family Inc).

To do all other
things that are permitted to be done by a non-profit corporation pursuant to
the General Statute of

To be exclusively for charitable, religious, educational and scientific purposes,
including for such purposes the making of distributions to organizations that
qualify as exempt organizations under Sections 01(c) (3) and 170 (c) (2) of
the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (herein the “Code”) (or the corresponding
future provisions of any future United States Internal Revenue Code).
